Dr. Susan Rich specializes in women's mental health and neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g., FASD/ND-PAE, ADHD, autism-related disorders), anxiety, and depression in children, adolescents, and young adults. Through innovative and traditional approaches, Dr. Rich identifies strengths and recommends supports to improve adaptive and executive functions, emotional regulation, social interactions, and sensory systems to achieve optimal health and well being at home, school, and in the community.
Connecting to activities and experiences with meaning and purpose in life inspires self-direction, motivation, and self-actualization. By identifying and addressing underlying neurodevelopmental, attachment and medical processes interfering with relationships and life transitions, we move into greater levels of health and well-being.
